Biography
Eric W. Phelps, M.A., J.D., was born and raised in the small Michigan town of Flat Rock, where he developed his conservative values and strong work ethic. His love for his country led him to a life of service, beginning in the U.S. Marine Corps and continuing as an attorney and community volunteer. With over 25 years of legal experience, he is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence as recognized by his peers.
Mr. Phelps practices in several areas of law, including family, adoption, fertility, business, civil, estate, and probate law. He has handled hundreds of cases involving divorce, division of assets, child custody, parental rights, child support, and alimony, and regularly litigates in all Michigan trial and appellate courts.
